Emergency Ordinance no. 79/2017 published in the Official Gazette no. 885 of 10.11.2017 amends and supplements Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code, as follows:
Starting 1 January 2018, the following mandatory social contributions are provided by the Fiscal Code:
a) social security contribution
b) social health insurance contribution
c) work insurance contribution
